- 1# grade no. 1 ahi – cut into 1/2″ cubes
- 2 roma tomatoes – peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2″ cubes
- 3 green onions – chopped
- 1 T cilantro chopped
- 4 Tsp soy sauce
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Have all Ingredients: ready. Cut ahi last.
- Toss everything into a bowl and serve immediately in a fried won ton skin.
