As we all know, there are myriad styles of Sauvignon Blanc and that's what makes it fun. The goal for us at Nalle is to produce a S.B. with racy acidity, understated oak and the ability to improve with age for 6-10 years. We believe we have the grapes to fulfill that goal, sourcing from Bob and Toni Hopkins in the Russian River Valley.
