Ten vintages of Pinot Noir from the Hopkins Ranch in Russian River Valley! We tasted them all in the past year and enjoyed every one of them. True, the 1998-2002 are getting a bit long in the tooth but they're still silky and smooth. The 2003-2006 are holding up well as befits Burgundian-style Pinot Noir. Smoothness and suppleness is what we look for. The forward fruit of white cherries intertwined with hints of rhubarb and saddle leather make our 2007 Hopkins Ranch Pinot Noir truly unique.
